        Very friendly and caring. Responded right away. Were able to diagnose the problem instantly and efficiently. Excellent prices! Very knowledgable when it comes to vehicles! Highly recommend!

        I needed an evaporator core replaced on my truck. Which meant disassembling the dash and removing it to access the evaporator core. Tech came out and in 4.5 hours had it removed and replaced, taking into consideration of not making a mess. He did an amazing job! Highly recommended. One recommendation would be if they are having to pull out a dash to access, an extra tech would be handy and safe as some of those dash cards are heavy and like mine some don't come out unless you disconnect it to the transmission, which is a pain. Safety first! Remember if the tech gets injured, now your out a tech!

        I left my car at another ac place for 2 days! They were going to charge me 300 dollars more then Kool2U and said they didn't know if it would still be fixed after that! I got a call back from Kool2U. They came to me and fixed my ac the next morning, in a few hours! The young man who serviced my car was very professional and quick. I feel so blessed and can't thank them enough. Thank you Kool2U.

        My AC went out in my car in December. I was so afraid of how much it would cost to fix it that I just didnt do it. When it got to 80 degrees, I knew I had to just do it. I called Kool2U first. Nick came to my house within an hour to check out what was going on. It was a weird issue with my knobs that turn the AC hot and cold. Nick was so knowledgeable and kind. He was so patient with me- cause I know nothing about cars. My AC was fixed in less than two hours. Thank you Nick!!! I will definitely be calling these guys if I have any more issues with my car.

Love the pictures!We try to send 2 technicians when doing a dash pull if possible but we are a small 3 Man team and with the AC season heating up its often hard to do.
