Toro Kitchen + Bar

The tapas are YUMMY and the drinks are worth it. They have good live music and the vibes were cute. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow, but if you have time to kill definitely try it out and make a reservation beforehand.

First up were the tacos that came with some nicley spiced pickled onions. Very flavorful, a little greasy but freshly made. The tacos were the star of the visit because the paella was a letdown. They served 2 jumbo pieces of shrimp that had no flavor and were not deveined. I would prefer many small cleaned flavorful shrimp. Also, I only had 2 mussels and 1 lemon wedge. The calamari seemed fishy, and there was no "paella crust." The portion size is good enough for 2 if you're not starving. The waitress lacked luster as well. When pouring the water, she missed the cup and almost knocked the bottle on my lap. Didn't take our drink order, on top of not giving a proper greeting upon entrance. Hi, welcome to Toro; more like; 2 in the party, pick your seat. If this place wants to charge what they do, they better pick it up, or they'll be closed real soon.

Excellent service with the waitress very good and attentive, atmosphere with very good music, the Tablado was good but the seafood paella and the chicken paella were very salty, and like black, like they made it with soy, really The one who cooked the paella is useless!! A Lazy!!
