Gelatto flavors are just 'meh'. Staff was nice and the place clean.

Gelato was okay but not worth the visit. Only had two size options: cone or cup each costing over $5 for gelato I probably wasnt going to finish. I went with a group of three all of us paid and sat down however a woman named Amy stopped by our table and accused us of not paying even though she had been the one to check us out she then rambled at us for about 2 minutes and left us feeling unwanted in the store causing us to leave.

Visited this place and made a purchase then our son needed to use the bathroom but the female employee said no and started making a scene in front of other customers. This is after we paid and another employee said it's OK to use the restroom. This is horrible customer service. I see the owner reply to similar reviews trying to defend this stupid policy. Remember, you're only in business because of the customers. If you choose to run a food business then you need to make restrooms available to paying customers and teach your employee not to act like an animal.

Didnt like the icecream, no real flavor, just very sweet. The waiter was super unmotivated and looked very bored, didnt told us that you pay per cup and not per scoop. Cant recommend.

Can't speak on the food. We walked in with 4 kids, and 3 out of 4 adults had to use the restroom. We saw the (customers only) sign, but we didn't know we had to buy before we used the restroom and washed our hands. I walked out and got yelled at by Amy asking if I was with the group that used the restrooms. First, that's embarrassing and not her business. Second, lower your voice. She then demanded a receipt for the restroom, which I don't understand still. She called for a manager, and we explained that the 4 kids in the front had been ready to order, but AMY was too busy policing the restrooms. The manager tried to back her until she realized the situation. I think the manager just realized how dumb this was and just told us to forget about it. Needless to say, if you go there, please be vigalent when deadly with angry Amy.
