I will do my best to put into words my experience with Mrs. Bean. I was fortunate to meet her though a referral. Unfortunately my brother passed away and my family and I needed to sell his home. I had to do this all virtually as I live in CA and the Covid-19 pandemic hit. I wasnt sure if it could be done and Mrs. Bean made it happen. The entire process and experience was seamless and smooth. Selling a home is stressful enough and being hit with a siblings death and this pandemic added to an already difficult time; however working with Mrs. Bean, I was immediately put at ease! As a real estate agent, I've never found myself in a position where I felt the need to write a review on a fellow agent....until, I recently worked with Carmen and her team. I've been helping people buy and sell for over 5 years and when I reflect on my most recent experience working with her team, 'rare' is the what continues to come to mind. In a market where sellers are at an extreme advantage and being a under a purchase contract as a buyer is practically an act of God, a sense of humanity can feel hard to come by. Without divulging too much from our transaction--- through no fault of our own, my clients and I found ourselves at the mercy of JACAMA Properties, i.e., Carmen and her team, more than once. They were not only communicative and considerate but gracious in addressing our needs. They also jumped in to help us move the process along when it felt like we were constantly hitting a brick wall with the lender/USDA. As sellers, they could have easily said "sorry!" and move to the next buyer but they didn't. My clients had much to lose and we are forever grateful for their ability to recognize that on the opposite end of these transactions are real people, with real families, and real needs. I truly hope to find myself in another transaction with them in the future.
