Contacted them about a property they have listed. Listing agent has not contacted me back. Poor customer service. How can I  submit an offer if they will not respond to me?  I would never list with them based on my experience as a potential buyer.

Most unprofessional real estate experience!Made an offer on a property, do not hear back for 2 days and after many inquiries, I finally hear back, "my client has not "formally accepted" but he will accept".Four more day go by and never heard back from the agent even though I am calling using 4 different phone numbers only to find out 4 days later he only used our offer to try an solicit more offers on an old property that had been sitting on the market for almost a year!Then has the audacity to have his girlfriend reach out to me after I gave an ultimatum of rescinding my offer if I don't hear from him with an excuse that he is out of town and she is "handling his case load".If you are looking for classless, unethical and unprofessional experience, Keller Williams is the place for you!STAY AWAY!Most unprofessional experience I have ever had in real estate, what a joke!!!This is not a fake review, reach out if you want the screenshots!

I would not bother applying for any rental managed by this agency.    When I made an application my broker told me that the agent (Susie Trefzer) was "grumpy" because she had already had three applications denied by the owner because of information on credit reports.    That should have sent up a warning flag, however my payments history on my credit report is spotless (as is my rental history) so I proceeded.   After two days Susie got in touch with me and said everything was viewed by her and the owner pertaining to my credit history, criminal background, and rental history, and that I was approved.    We made an appointment for June 1, 2020, to sign the lease and for me to begin occupancy.    Then the next day, May 29, she called me in the morning and told me the owner had changed her mind and they were denying my application.   There was no new information they were considering; the owner had just changed her mind.   By this time I'd already given notice to my current landlord and arranged for movers.    Please stay away from this agency if you are a serious person and expect to be treated professionally.   They will act capriciously, not keep their word, and when you complain about it they will take no responsibility at all.    It's a shame such people are able to keep their licenses.

We went with Devin Resendez (from Keller Williams Realty) for buying a house based on random call from Zillow. We were initially happy when the agent was able to show us the listings based on our needs. However we have to rate him low as "CREDIBILITY" and "Integrity" of this agent is very questionable.We felt the negotiation with the seller could have been much better for the price. Throughout the negotiation process we felt as if the agent is supporting the buyer's sales price then representing our best interest. Also in the end the agent tried to go back on his words as agreed verbally over the phone for closing terms and we got an impression that we hired a wrong guy who can't be trusted. God saved us from being cheated as appraisal came at fair price. Please hire this agent at your own risk. In all do your research before you hire a real estate agent.
