Up Scale

I have heard great things about this restaurant, but the service doesn't appear to extend to returning phone calls. Have left 3 messages in the past week and none of the calls has been returned. It's unfortunate for a place to create a reputation for fine dining with excellent service but not be willing to extend that service to potential customers who call them.

The experience would have been great if I didnt get a ticket in the mail a month later saying the valet parked my car illegally. I am still working with the restaurant to resolve this issue with little success. Parking: They will park you illegally and then you will get a ticket for $35 a month later.

So beautiful, SO BEAUTIFUL, top notch service from the moment you enter. But why was the food just not good Please hire a new chef I really want to come back. We had carpaccio- it was ok but the mayo dressing is not the way to go Caesar- I liked it though less dressing is better + would skip the roe next time Cowboy Ribeye- never seen a thinner cut of ribeye Dover sole- the fish was so old I could barely stomach one bite (it smelled) plus it felt like it was encrusted with salt Mashed potatoes- delicious

So very good! I have been to Upscale 4 times now and have loved it every time. The service is impeccable and the food is excellent. You have to try the Dover Sole. All of the pastas are great but the Lobster is the best and octopus is delicious.
