Dishonest with the price they quoted on the phone ($29 to come out plus $25 to unlock). They arrived and tried to charge me $160 without evaluated the lock. I negotiated to $100. Still nearly twice quoted amount. Dishonest and predatory business practices.

Do NOT use them. I called for a quote after locking myself out of my apartment (just locked the handle as I left and forgot my keys on my table). Said $29 for the drive and starts at $20 to unlock the door. Not bad, figured it would end up being about $60. They got here and said $135. WTF! Incredibly dishonest with the quote. Wish I had read the reviews first. I'd rather go with an honest company who doesn't draw you in with a nice quote only to rip you off when they arrive. $135 for a simple door lock. F that! Thanks for the rip off!

This business came out to my house and only did 2 out of the 4 locks we requested saying they didn't know how to do the other 2 locks.  To add insult to injury they don't answer their phones when they know you are calling for an "issue that needs resolving", and you have to keep calling from different numbers they don't recognize in order for them to answer the phone at all.  The manager is completely unhelpful and doesn't stand behind his employees mistakes and is UNWILLING to make it right.  Furthermore I know for a fact that the combination locks that the technician said they didn't know how to do, are very easy to recode as I recently had same locks done by another company at my other residence.  They refuse to reimburse me any of my money to call another locksmith and are rude and beligerent.  This was definitely a HORRID experience!!!!!!!!!!!  Do not use them!  They also cost a fortune!

Unfortunately my house key became stuck in the door and I couldn't get into my house.   I needed someone to come out quickly and that is where immediate response wins.  They came out super fast and were knowledgeable with how to replace the lock, but you will definitely pay for this service.  It was around $170 for the new lock.  I was in a bind and didn't really have a choice, and I'm happy the service exists.  However, if you have time to research I'm sure there are cheaper options available.
