        My family and I went in for dinner at jim's restaurant. The service was poor but that was not the issue. What was not okay! Was drinking a large drink and finding a dead roach? Floating in my beverage. The waitress came over and saw it and said that they had been having issues for months. The manager saw it and apologized and said that they had been trying to fix this issue for the last 2 years. I tried calling frontier who owns jim's at this location which is Jimmy hossllacker. The frontier office was closed for the evening. Needless to say, we did not finish our dinner and we got up and left. After speaking with the manager. I was mortified to find out that they kept the store open, knowing that they have a roach.And rodent infestation at this location.
