We were having issues with our alarm in the middle of the night. I was told someone would call first thing in the morning. Sure enough, Albert called shortly after 9:00 after they opened. I explained everything that was happening and he said he had a full schedule already that day, but he would make sure he would get to the house. He showed up in the afternoon and resolved all of the issues and even took care of some updates that needed to be taken care of. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend him and LAW Security to everyone.
