Fina's Kitchen

My experience visiting and eating at Fina's Kitchen has been normally good. However, on my last visit there I was brought lukewarm with melting ice, they brought me the wrong order which I ate anyway because I was hungry. When I brought it to the waitress attention she mentioned it to the owner, and the owner simply replied, it was good right? I expected at the minimum from both the waitress and the owner an apology for bringing me the wrong order which btw cost me or more, and or a discount of a free coffee, but to no avail. I always left good tips, but not this time. I also considered myself a good costumer, but the owner and waitress no apology attitude, left me no choice to never to go back.

Food was good, but you may want to save your money, you don't get what you pay for, ordered the Huevo's ranchos with crispy bacon with well done tortillas, our waitress took our order not saying that they are not able to make my request (crispy bacon well done tortillas, I myself don't like eating bacon with the grease still showing as well as the tortillas being under cook) Our services was lousy, she came back saw my bacon still under cook, she stated the it would take longer to be cook, obviously she thought that I didn't want it, so she took it out. I wouldn't even give her a star, also make sure you pay for what you ordered they tend to over charge you. Parking is a bit tight not to mention getting out of a very busy area. Parking: Hildebrand & Blanco. Parking is tight, as well as getting out on a very area.You can get when it's not busy.
