        so disappointed with this place - their customer service on phone is horrible - first off i cant understand the person on the other line - english needs to be spoken well to help the customer - barely got my card - got locked out of it and they want me to send a copy of my id and social security to verify its me to unlock card - i  brought all identification to their store but they want me to email it - not safe - then i said let me just cancel the card and get all the money refunded - they wont do that without me sending all the info through email - i cannot even access my own money - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE - EVEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE DISAGREES
