It was fairly easy to get a loan and overall pleasant experience until I found out that this loan was on my personal credit report and this factt affected my home purchase greatly. I decided to pay it off, which I did online, because I could not reach anybody on the phone. I was not able to stop autodraft, nobody ever gets back to me and I continue being charged monthly fee on 0 balance loan. Making a last attempt to drive to the nearest physical location. Its like a scam, you call them and cannot get pass by receptionists or they just hang up on you. If you have a choice, do not go with this company

this company should have been our first stop before searching for a home. the team are well experience and has strategies, for getting the best rate on a mortgage loan. I liked the fact that they deeply understood the urgency in the purchasing process and had invaluable knowledge within the industry.They reminded me of the kind of person who is in your corner of the ring when you really need it. I felt the advice shared was a blessing. Yes,the rates are hands down the best. But I liked how i was being told the good and bad news straight. Responsiveness was excellent and got back to me quickly throughout our communications with them.I highly recommend!
