Buying land is much different than purchasing a residential home. It's imperative to work with the true professionals. I recommend Anissa Cervera and Kaci Johnson. The gals are incredible people and the hardest working lenders I know!

Completely unprofessional I was referred to them for a small land loan which I was told by them when I called that it would be no problem . Poor communication, repeatedly asked for items already sent . Gathered all my information, ran my credit & dragged her feet . I highly recommend you keep looking . Definitely would not do business with them.

Kaci the absolute worst loan agent I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional I was referred to them for a small land loan which I was told by them when I called that it would be no problem . Poor communication, repeatedly asked for items already sent . Gathered all my information, ran my credit & dragged her feet . I highly recommend you keep looking . Definitely would not do business with them. She knew all details of loan, said it wouldn't be a problem and comes back a week later and says they can't do it after all. All while wasting time on closing to retrieve earnest money, or make a different offer. Now I am worried about my personal information, since she didn't know she had it after requesting it multiple times. Either she was drunk or doesn't care. I requested to speak to her Supervisor or President and was completely ignored. Do not use these people. They are awful!
