We just closed out our real estate project. It was the most professional company to work with and a pleasure. If I do another real estate project in Texas I would most definitely use them again. True professionals that know what they are doing. They made it very easy.

They just started offering bank drafts this year, thank goodness! For 22 years we've had to mail in our payment and it doesn't matter if it's post marked on time, if it's not on their desk before the 10th, they charge a late fee! It's been very inconvenient. They also don't report to the credit bureau, so having a mortgage with them for 22 years doesn't help my credit at all. They need to make these changes badly!! .
