      • crumbling spirit

        I had signed up for the car insurance through this company and did it by phone and through docu sign for auto pay customer service is friendly but they are shady my payment didn't go through on a Sunday even though I had done everything they asked and when I called the next day after noticing my second payment didn't go through that Sunday they charged me a late fee and when I asked why it couldn't be waived when I had done nothing wrong they just argued with me so once my next 4 payments are done I will absolutely be looking for a different insurance company unless they make it right!!!
