I've only been insured by Mercury for a year and I have had a great experience. I have had some questions and I've had to call about and the reps are very friendly and ready to assist me. I Especially like to recognize Pamela, she has been soo helpful, with helping me understand some things, helping me at all times. Going through an accident with my car, she has checked on me following up, making sure I'm being taken care of. I could go on, but people like her make your company worth keeping. I know my rates went up, but I can not see leaving because of the great assistance I have received. Pamela is a great asset to your company!!!!! I appreciate all her help and Mercury for taking care of me.
