Dean Eastman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have continuously asked/left messages for Dean to give me a call dealing with my life insurance policies. He still has not contacted me. Lauren on the other hand has been wonderful and so on top of things for me. I just wanted to know that my agent cared about the customer and we were not just another account!

Josh Fenn has done an amazing job working with us while my car is being repaired after it was hit from behind. First there was some confusion at the car rental company about my costs for a rental. I tried to resolve it through the rental agency but got stuck in low-level customer service. In a discussion about my claim, I mentioned my lack of progress with the rental agency. Josh jumped right in, contacting State Farm corporate, who in turn contacted the regional corporate office for the rental company to resolve the issue. Then, when the body shop failed to return calls or send status updates about my vehicle, Josh jumped in and has called daily when necessary to get the information needed. During a stressful event that could have continued to get more stressful, Josh Fenn has offers more than platitudes. He actually jumps into action, listening, getting answers, and communicating with us -voice, email, or text as the situation warrants.

First, my first annual review of my policy is a good thing to do and I learned a lot and was able to clarify questions I had. More importantly however was the patience of Account Manager, Lauren McDonald, who handled the review with a thorough undertaking of the business. She took notes and will be following up with me. Josh Fenn was awesome & easy to talk to. He explained the term life insurance & burial insurance coverage where I can understand it. Definitely recommend him.
