Knights Inn San Antonio near Frost Bank Center

I recently encountered a significant inconvenience at Knights Inn that I feel compelled to share. During my stay, I found myself locked out of the laundry room with my clothes still inside the dryer. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the front desk refused to unlock the door, insisting that I wait until morning. This was not only impractical but also unacceptable as I needed my clothes for work early the next day. The maintenance staff, although present, did not help, and my repeated calls were eventually ignored. This lack of service and consideration for a guest's needs is deeply disappointing. It's unfortunate that such a basic request was met with unhelpfulness, leading to unnecessary stress and potential lost wages due to missed work. I hope this feedback prompts Knights Inn to reevaluate their guest services and ensure that future patrons do not face similar frustrations. Rooms: Horrible Safety: People beating on the door at night.

I've been staying at the KnightsInn as a longer term guest and after some initial issues with the internet all got fixed and at the end it is a great value for a great price that close to the Frost Bank center. New manager takes really care of the guests and improving every day a bit more.

This management plays dirty with your reservation. I made my reservation early in the morning on 04/06 8:30 am. I booked the room for $90 for one night. I spent the day visiting some places in San Antonio. I went back to the hotel around 5pm to complete the check-in and pick up my keys. To my surprise, I was told that my reservation was dropped because management ordered to cancel all reservations for that date because they decided to raise the price from $90 to $200, with NO NOTIFICATION. The reason for the price raise was due to the solar eclipse that was expected on 04/08, and San Antonio was expecting a massive inflow of visitors from other cities. If you make an early reservation and you lock in a price, that price should be maintained. Again, don't trust these people. They play DIRTY!! And NO, I didn't stay in that place for $200 per night. It's not worth it!
