    The front desk agents were very rude & in my opinion ill equipped to be running that hotel just the two of them (late teens early 20's at best) BOTH fire exit doors on either end of the hall were locked. They were locked and these two front desk agents were unable to get them unlocked! I was very very worried and very upset about the fact that if there was a fire or an emergency we would have only one door the whole hotel one door to exit out of. The rooms were decent it had some upgrades and and for the money the room was nice

    Horrible place charged amounts that make no sense or even show proof of anything that was charged and the person who works desk is also cleaning lady who is the laziest and complaining about her work to anyone that walks by her never had a shower curtain in my room no working phones in my room the fact that I tryed calling front desk so many times to get no answers I had to call customer service number to get help food cold and under cooked a cleaning lady had her kid working with her cleaning room and letting her knock on doors for service leaving her unattended in guest rooms why Im still in there was very uncomfAble

Unfortunately our elevator repair company was not able to fix our elevator during your stay due to a back ordered power supply. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and thank you for your understanding during this uncontrollable situation.
