Unfortunately our elevator repair company was not able to fix our elevator during your stay due to a back ordered power supply. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and thank you for your understanding during this uncontrollable situation. We understand a broken elevator is not ideal.Emails and phone calls were made prior to arrivals along with a letter available at our front desk in the attempt to communicate this unfortunate situation and remain transparent with all of our guest.
