Element San Antonio Riverwalk

Stayed here a couple weeks ago. Stepped into shower to find out no liquid soap left. Called down to front desk requesting a new bottle. After waiting 40 min, called again because no one showed up and we had a dinner reservation so needed it quickly. After waiting another 10 minutes, I decided I just need to shower so we wouldnt miss our dinner reservation. Just ended up using shampoo as body soap. At this point I decided to use the chat on my app so I had it in writing. On the chat I said that we had to leave and requested I dont want anyone in our room while we were gone. Upon leaving and waiting for elevator, down the hall comes someone with soap. I greeted this person as the elevator arrived and I said to just leave it outside my door because I didnt want anyone in it while we werent in. Barely made our reservation and when we got backguess whatTHEY CAME INTO ROOM. As a Titanium member I would thought someone from Management would have followed up with me. NOPE

First of all the rooms were absolutely beautiful and the location is great visiting from New York, San Antonio was a great change of pace. What really took this place above and beyond was Jeanette and Gabriella, they really are the pinnacle of customer service both had great recommendations from food and places to grab a drink.

Newly renovated Marriott must have been desperate for money this place was office building looks nothing like a hotel.
