Need To Work With Customer Service Online To resolve the time on Checking In On A certain time. Due to delay on a room that I got but have to wait on a later time.

Very poor customer service first of all I reserved with Priceline then on top of that they charge a 200 dollar deposit 100 dollars each room because I got 2 room and then make up any excuses to stay with ur money they charged 15 dollars for towels that were dirty and than for the other room nick thats the guys name that checked the room was accusing my other party that they had stoled the towels from the other room I told him I call to ask for clean towels note and I reserved the rooms for 2 day and they never came to clean the room so I called and they said they couldnt come because the laundry was already done then I ask them for some clean towels and toilet paper I never received them also asked the worker that was cleaning the other rooms she said I dont think we have and more towels I told her how can u all not have anymore towels she responded that they way they are here I will never be coming back to this place and anyone that come should really think about staying here twice. Rooms: Not good rooms the had broken drawers and to smell very well

Love the curtains.... soft sheets really makes one feel at home and the desserts...WOW Rooms: Exquisite really neat and the blinds..... yes please
