Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio

Hands down this is the cleaners Wyndham hotel I have ever gotten in Texas! Their rooms really look like what you are renting from the site! They have been a major help and blessing to me while here in school in San Antonio! They helped keep me safe from the living conditions Texas put people through!! A awesome family of The Most High. The most comfortable stay I've had in Texas.

Lied about breakfast, there was none not even coffee avail. Lied about shuttle to airport and lied there was a shuttle to river walk. Oh and the pool was disgusting garbage in it as well as. Film floating on top Noteworthy details: Disgusting pool would rather swim in river walk water

Worst hotel ever...our door didn't close properly..we had to put a chair and side table so we felt safe sleeping. Sheets had stains on them pillowcases as well. Found an eye lash in the toilet paper dispenser. Rooms dirty. The pool...well...it's more for the birds. It was disgusting!!! There is no shuttle to airport as they stated. There is NO breakfast ...although they did feed the birds breakfast but not paying customers. If you want to feel like you are in a run down hotel like you see in the movies this is your go to hotel!! Worst stay ever!! This doesn't even deserve a 1 star...if I could I'd give it 0 stars.

We moved over to this hotel after having to get out of a roach infested hotel that we had reservations for. Upon entering this hotel it was clean and you could smell it was clean there was a little bit of rough patches but they did tell me upon checking in they are doing renovations but I was OK with it. I had two rooms one Ada and regular room both where great and happy for the night.

Unfortunately this was a last resort stay. The original hotel we booked made an error and double booked us. Nobody else could check us in this late at night. This is a family trip and we have 6 kinds ages 2-11. The first inconvenience we stumbled upon was right before pulling into the establishment. The building is right next to an adult store. There were 2 sex workers on the curb attempting to flag down cars. We had the kids asking what the ladies were doing and what the difference between kid stores and adult stores are. My mother in law immediately didnt feel safe and tried to cancel her reservation. Unfortunately they could only cancel by charging her $200. We had no choice than to stay the night. On our way to the room, there were 3 people smoking weed at the bottom of the stairs blocking our way. As soon as we walked in we knew they dont check the rooms after check out. or at least not do a thorough cleaning. There was a used dirty sock on top of the night stand. It smelled like someone had just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes inside. Absolutely awful. There was a bunch of stains all over the bed sheets. Some looked like body fluids. The towels in the restroom were dirty and stained as well. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty and it looked like it was also a bit moldy. There were a few q-tips randomly scattered on the floor. Scratches all over the floor as well Some of the outlets were broken. Also, when we booked over the phone. We asked for 3 rooms next to each other. They confirmed but later stated they could only give us 2 rooms next to each other. We asked if they were connected side by side and they confirmed. When we get there there was a room between us. When we asked the front desk they said thats just how the layout is. It is what it is but that should have been stated to us when we asked if the rooms were connected side by side. Unfortunately front desk was not very accommodating. They did profoundly apologize for the inconvenience. They did allow us not to stay the next 2 days with no charge, which we were very thankful for. They tried their best with what few options they had available. i will give them that. Im worried my car will be broken into in the middle of the night since its off to the side of the highway with not much surrounding it. - There was no outside commotion throughout the night. just the strong foul smell of weed. I give them 1 star just for the overall experience but 1 stars for their service.
