Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Antonio Medical Center, TX

Over priced, it smells bad when you walk in and they said that they were giving me 2 queen size bed's not true. Very small bed's small full. Very unhappy, not satisfied at all.. leaving here and going to another Hotel..

Front desk representative, Jordan was very professional and accommodating. He made our stay very pleasant. We will definitely be booking here again. Room was very clean and peaceful. Beds were so comfortable

THE ROOMS WERE NASTY IT, IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR THE SHOWERR WATER TO GET COLD, THE CARPETS WERE DIRTY ALWAYS AND ROOM. THEY TRIED TI CHARGE US FOR STUFF WE DIDNT BUY, AND THE NIGHT STAFF WRRE RUDE. NEVERE GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Rooms: DIRTY Food & drinks: Breakfast was nasty and buying snacks were high.

One of the dirtiest accommodations I had to ever stay. The entry and elevator was dirty, hallways were stinking and full of smoke. Rooms were barely cleaned. Please dont get deceived by the photos. Even the employees are not ready to work as the hotel is so dirty .
