Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB SeaWorld

This hotel was soooo accommodating. The front desk staff and management was so kind! My flight got delayed the day I was supposed to check out of my hotel so they extended my checkout time and really made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. Very kind staff and excellent service!!

I picked The Hampton for a couple reason's, convient to resturants, pricing was fair, seemed a bit farther from Lackland AFB, than described online. Clean common areas, nice Free breakfast selection. Employees friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed! Some things could be improved on. Dust bunny's hanging from bumpouts where high windows are in the dinning room above the tables, those windows need cleaning also. Low toilets in the rooms, with cheap plastic toilet seats. Had to ask for a hairdryer, that was supposed to be in the bathroom. Blinking wall lamp bedside, barking fridge, one bed was lopsided, husband kept rolling to the edge. Other than those things mentioned it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel receptionists was great she explained all the details as far as breakfast hours and amenities. The breakfast was good they had different options every day. Pool was nice and warm considering the weather was kind of cold. The room was clean and organized. The only thing was that the people that was above us had no courtesy and their kids were always jumping and stomping at late hours of the night. We called reception to handle it but they still didnt care. So when you stay at a hotel have courtesy of other people that are paying as well control your children, and dont have them, jumping and stomping all over the place at all hours of the night. Hotel is pet friendly so that was a plus! Nearby activities: Main even is next door, lots of other restaurants near by.
