    I booked 2 rooms for 2 days. The first 2 rooms were 222 and 421. 421 had no conditioner, the closet door was broken, and no do not disturb the sign. 222 had mold and peeling wallpaper. Since I complained, they did move me to 420, but since they were fully booked, I had to move all my stuff immediately. There was also no bath mat in the room, and the shower was pointed directly at the bathroom. 420 has no shampoo or conditioner. They did bring up shampoo and shower body wash. The website says they offer room service, so I asked for the menu at the front desk, and it was then directed to the bar. When asking at the bar, the bar tender who was more interested in flirting with the man at the far end of the bar says ( and not very friendly). " Use the QR code right there. So I used my phone for the code and went up to the room for my large group of 7, chose what we all wanted. Tried to place the order by calling the number on the bottom of the web page. After 10 min of ringing, no answer, so I tried the front desk by phone, and again, no answer. Ended up using Uber Eats. The trash by the back door was filled when we arrived on Wed and was not emptied by the time I left on Friday. Only 1 elevator was working, and no one could find the stairs. I wanted to address this with the manager in person. I asked the front desk staff when he would be in. I was informed between 8 and 9 am. on Friday morning. I came back down to the desk at 930 a.m., and he was still not there. I was told the best way to reach him would be to come back later in the afternoon. Remember, I'm was checking out Friday morning. Well, per your request, I did call and left message but no response. I did email, and again, there was no response. All I can gather from this is that you really do not care. I will be staying at ANY other hotel than yours. And I do have season passes for six flags, lots of business to be had.

    DONT STAY HERE! We were disappointed when the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not working it states that it is on the website then we get up to our room and find blood, food and dirt on the sheets and a dirty napkin under the pull out couch. I went back down stairs and talked to Matt. He ask what we wanted and we requested a new room. We come to this area alot and decided to give this hotel a shot. We normally stay at Drury . Matt also ask for us to send an email to the Manager and I got no response I can get over the food and napkin on the floor but blood on the sheets is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

    Im a Diamond member multiple times over. The rooms in this location are so dirty that its hard to believe the star rating theyre getting here. We checked in a week ago and checked out the same day after they moved us from one dirty room to another. But i guess you get what you pay for. Their nightly rate was low in comparison to other hotels in the area. I dont believe in the idea were only sleeping there, so nbd. Were also showering there and maybe snacking there. They also charge for a continental breakfast. Hello? The 1990s called. They want their GM back. Avoid or be disappointed.
