Hotel management was uncooperative in dealing with a check-in issue, and we had to speak with three different Choice representatives.

We stayed here 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I had to request towels from the front desk every evening when we returned. If it weren't Spring Break I would have taken my family elsewhere as the hotel was filthy. When I asked the housekeeper to clean our room she stated she working alone. I do NOT recommend this place.

Had originally booked the hotel for 3 nights . We wanted a hotel with an indoor pool for our kids . The moment we go in, we see that the pool was in renovation. The whole point of staying there was to take the kids to the indoor pool. After we go into our room, the room has an ugly odor like somethings been wet for a while . At night I ask my husband to turn on the AC, it never turned on so we were super hot I didnt get to rest well because of how hot the room was. We figured out that the room wasnt clean as well, we found several things under the chairs and beds like they didnt clean the room well. The door from the restroom got locked ! (Never stayed in a hotel where the doors stay locked especially from a restroom) we called to see if they could open it since we needed the restroom, they came , but werent able to open it. Last thing , we originally had gotten the hotel for $107 online (before taxes and fees) and right now were looking at our receipt and they charged us $124 (before taxes and fees) Sorry to sound rude, but dont really recommend anyone staying at this hotel !
