From the moment my wife and I entered the model home to the time we closed on the property, we were given exemplary customer service. James Pool is respectful, polite, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, but above all he is TRUSTWORTHY. When we experienced set backs, which in most cases there will always be, he didn't play the blame game. He got on the phone spoke to whom he needed to and resolved the issue. I must have called him 20 times. I called him about everything, asking things like (what's the date for this? or where do I go to buy that? etc.) he remained patient and understanding. I especially liked the fact that if James didn't have the answer to a question I asked, he knew where to go to find one. It was an overall pleasant experience. James succeeded in making our home buying experience a FANTASTIC one. WELL DONE on all fronts. Service: Home building

Perry Homes is a quality builder providing top notch service in a very difficult time. Their attention to detail and concerns with the customers wants and needs is fantastic. James Poole is a true professional. He is kind, knowledgeable and gets things done. My personal experience with him has been great.
