Whitestone Custom Homes

We are very happy about our new custom Whitestone home, just completed in Johnson Ranch. While issues always arise during construction, the Project Manager, Wendy Venske, was great in addressing those issues in a timely and responsive manner. Wendy found out quickly that I was pretty demanding for quality work and there were several "do overs" that she handled with speed and professionalism to our satisfaction and delight. Our sales rep, Becky Larick (now retired) was equally great in handling our every request for Change Orders and architectural review, spending many hours with us to make sure everything we wanted was properly set in the contract. Finally, their mortgage lender (Thrive Mortgage) represented by Lindsey Kneupper was equally professional and handled our financing without a hitch. So I heartedly recommend Whitestone and its Team of Professionals for any future custom home project.

We have been happy with our home so far. Shane at Whitestone has been responsive to our warranty claims/repairs and they have been resolved expeditiously.

Watching a Whitestone home come together is really something. It's easy to see the long years of experience and knowledge, coming in to play at every stage. Things don't always go perfectly, too many outside elements can interfere. But they always get the job back on task, and you always get everything you ordered in your home done honestly and the right way.
