HERITAGE PROPERTY PRESERVATION - HANDYMAN

"We used Heritage Property Preservation for more projects than I can count. The teams knowledge base for everything imaginable related to the home both inside & out is outstanding. I truly value their friendly customer service, professionalism, skills and overall service. Without a doubt the company is my family's ""Go To."" Dan was awesome! Most recently I had a chirping smoke detector I couldn't get to that had kept me up for two nights. He arrived quickly, was friendly and got the work done safely and effectively. He even waited a bit to make sure the detector didn't start chirping again. I will definitely use them for all my handyman needs. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough good things about the great service I received from Heritage Property Preservation. I called them in the days preceding a major holiday and they were still able to get someone to me within 24 hours of me calling. The lady in the office who scheduled the visit was so professional and helpful. Frank, my handyman was remarkable. He handled everything from electrical issues to hanging some mirrors. He fixed a hole in our wall, patched it up, touched up the paint, changed lightbulbs in vaulted ceilings and helped me put together a large dining table. A ton of stuff we were unable to manage by ourselves. He worked quickly, neatly and efficiently , cleaning up after himself and very open to the next task.

Had some ideas to remodel the house for the holidays , and the guys at Heritage Property Preservation did an excellent job turning my boring wall into a stunning fire place surrounded by tile and a built in seating area, really brings the living room to life. On a side note they also did some ceiling fans and lighting fixtures for me around the house, garage door replacement and garage door opener engine fix etc. I won't hesitate to pass their number on to anyone who needs an accurate and professional handyman!

I needed to fix my sink. My sink was clogged in my kitchen. My strainer was broken. I usually throw food down there however I got a fork stuck between the drains and it broke. Dan was able to fix my sink and unclog the pipes. Get my garbage disposal running again and now I can also use my dishwasher strangely enough. What a great experience with the local handyman. If a problem ever occurs again ill be sure to give him a call.

Heritage Property Preservation Handyman services rebuilt my pergola, the roof over my patio and also built a new storage shed next to the patio. They helped us put in 3 ceiling fans outside on the deck and a few shower heads in the bathrooms. They did an excellent job, were very efficient and I now have a beautiful new outdoor space. Don, was responsive, professional and made sure the finished project met my expectations. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling projects or handyman home repairs.
