        Brought incorrect materials to the job after he delayed it leaving the door uninstalled in rainy weather. The garage door the customer wanted installed weighs roughly 400lbs, the manufacturer specified and I communicated that it needed a 1 keyed solid shaft and that hollow wouldnt work. Brought hollow shaft, also pictured is the rainy weather that he said we would have it installed before. Was also understood that a quote would be provided and require approval before showing up and doing the work. Never received a call. 1 year of experience times 20

      A service was requested out in Floresville Tx. Rubén even with a full schedule made it out to meet with you. Recommendations were made to modify the opening, and then go back out to install the door. An appointment was then set that day for Tuesday Jan 23. When the technician returns on date programmed, they find out the door was already installed by a different company. The appointment wasn’t cancelled or didn’t receive notification that it was no longer needed. The material taken by the technician was the correct one for that type of door. We had the very best disposition to provide best quality install!
