At Buddys Carlos and Gustavo really made me feel like I was their buddy. They went through the application process very thoroughly and were happy to answer all of the questions I had. They were able to find me a great deal and really went above and beyond

Lack of customer service communication . Can't seem to get contract started much less completed so I can have the sofa that I really liked and want . But I'm not quite sure if I want them anymore because I've seen kids jumping on them while their dad waited for service . I left a deposit so they would hold them for me . But they were still on display . I went in today to try and finish paper work but I was told to come back and I didn't make it back . The sofas no longer look as good as they did the first time I saw them which was a week ago..
