        They are a fraud. My sister requested your services. I paid $136 dollars and this is what they gave me a sadness of flowers when the Internet photo appeared different

        I received the flowers a day later , flowers old, the balloon deflated and when I call the owner was the rudest person ever, she refused to refund. The address was the correct one, I was yelled at when I complained about the arrangement that my husband sent and you refused to pick it up, if your business is so good, you should do was the people paid for, not what you want and then yelled at the costumers.

      We did not receive any of your money since the order was sent to us by From you Flowers who collected your money. We followed the recipe that tells us what to put in the arrangement of fresh flowers which we did and sent with it a meduim box of chocolate, 2 mylar balloons and a plush bear. All of these items are included in the price. Next time you should call a local florist that can better assist you with flower selection of what is in season and available in our area.

      We were given the wrong address for the building you work at . We had to call you and you agreed to have the flowers delivered the next day. It took two delivery people to get your flowers to you. These flowers are not old, there are doing what they are suppose to which is open up. The balloon was inflated when it left the shop. You called yelling at me to come pick up flowers. I am sorry that you disagree with my decision, but I can refund you for your balloon. We always try our best and work with our customers to resolve any issues. We have business for over twenty years and have a very good relationship with our customers.
