I've used Riverwalk Floral Designs twice now, and both times they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. TLDR: They care! They care about their craft, they care about the quality of their arrangements, and they care about their customers. The first time I used them was the day after Valentine's Day. I wanted to send some flowers to a friend, unrelated to romantic reasons, but wasn't very hopeful about my options. I assumed everyone would be out of stock entirely, or only have roses and other romantic arrangements. I wasn't wrong, but I shared what I was trying to do and they said they would come up with something. Some time later, I got a text that they had gone out looking at flower suppliers/wholesalers trying to get what they could and sent a bunch of pictures of what was available. The arrangement they made was gorgeous and well received and they kept in touch every step of the way. Considering they had just finished what I assume is the busiest day of the year for florists, I wouldn't have been surprised to be turned away or be given only the option of some generic rose bouquet or whatever else was leftover, but they went out of their way to make something spectacular for a brand new, generic, out of state customer! The second time I used them, I learned the night before that the intended recipient wasn't going to be available to receive the flowers, and asked if the delivery could be delayed a day. They replied first thing in the morning that it would be no problem. The day of, they reached out to me, unprompted, to let me know they had replaced some of the flowers that had drooped or wilted overnight in my arrangement, with new pictures, and also asked if I'd like to update my message because parts of it didn't make sense with the change in delivery date. I was wishing someone luck on something that was meant to happen after they got the flowers, but had now already happened. It would have been simple for them to change a date field in their delivery schedule and move on with their day. I would have been none the wiser and perfectly content, but instead they went out of their way to make sure my recipient got the best message and experience possible.
