        Don't waste your time banking at Generations. Horrible customer service, long wait times, and can't do a quarter of what a real bank like Frost Bank can do. Oh, and the manager at Dove Creek Garrett is useless.

        Im a member of a bank that does shared branching, but you can only do it in the lobby. How stupid is that? All the same questions you would have for me in the lobby, you can ask me in the motor bank. Idiocy.

        This credit union is a Shared Branch for my Hickam FCU. They would not accept a check deposit that did not qualify for mobile deposit making them unreliable. They couldve contacted my bank but didnt. They could have put a 7-day hold but didnt. The check was for less than $20. Unreliable as a shared branch. The reason they get 2 instead of 1 star is because they had free coffee and the staff was professional enough.

      Hi Natalie, for the financial security of non-GFCU members conducting shared branching transactions, lobby transactions allow for proper ID and transaction verification. The drive-thru does not provide the same level of security and transaction verification measures. We do this for the protection of your financial accounts and to prevent fraud.
