Country Sugar Events

We utilized Country Sugars full-service planning for our December 19 wedding. Simply put, Natalie and the Country Sugar team gave us a wedding day that far exceeded anything we could dream up. From the get-go Natalie clearly understood our vision and was able to involve all the right people, and make all the right suggestions, to bring it to life. She was incredibly reliable, responsive, enthusiastic, and decisive when we needed her to be. We ended up trusting her opinions implicitly. At the same time, she made the planning process feel very collaborative and let us be as involved as we wished. There were plenty of tears seeing the reception space, with all the thoughtful details she included. It felt personalized and reflected us as a couple so well. The day-of could not have been more perfect. Knowing she was running the show, we felt stress free and were able to soak up every moment. She made sure we were where we needed to be, when we were supposed to be there. We didnt have to think about any logistics! Everyone from our wedding party to our guests kept commenting on how easy and streamlined the whole day felt. That was all down to Natalie. We cannot thank Country Sugar enough for giving us our dream wedding, and making the best day of our lives possible. We highly, highly recommend their services (in any capacity) for your big day. We couldnt wait to write this review!!!

Natalie is absolutely incredible. We utilized her day-of coordination services via Queen of Harts which we found via Country Sugar Events website. My husband and I said so many times throughout working with her and after the wedding that she was worth absolutely every penny. We were enchanted by her during our initial phone conversation, and I was blown away by her again and again during the process. I would describe myself as ultra-organized, but Natalie tracked down multiple things I hadn't thought of and helped troubleshoot them all! She manages to be kind and lovely while also keeping everyone in line and in tip top shape which is the ultimate trifecta!

Country Sugar could not have been any better. They made our day perfect and listened to our every request. The whole process was seamless and it truly put me at ease knowing I didn't have to keep following up.

My fianc and I were planning our SA wedding from the East Coast, and to say we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin would be an understatement. Natalie listened to our vision, respected our budget, and recommended vendors she trusted to help us narrow down our options. Given the strong relationships she has with vendors, we were able to get better deals than we otherwise would have been able to. I honestly think the difference in what we saved (not to mention the time and stress) more than paid for Natalie's fee. Leading up to the wedding, she totally took over and managed all of the logistics. Not only did Natalie handle all of the details, she was a great sounding board as I debated decor ideas and whether certain additions were worth it. On the day of the wedding I knew Natalie would make sure everything went smoothly and ensure our vision truly came to life. There were some bumps in the road (freezing temperatures in Texas and a broken earring, for example), but Natalie had a plan for it all. She kept us focused and on time, allowing us to truly just take in the day and enjoy every moment. I still can't get over how perfect the day was, and I can't thank Natalie enough for the crucial role she played. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my SA friends.

Natalie is the reason why my wedding went as smoothly as it could possibly be! She is truly an incredible person. Both my husband and myself at the time lived in two different cities, neither in San Antonio, and Natalie was incredibly flexible working with our crazy schedules. She was able to pack multiple appointments with vendors so that we could see as much in person on the one or two days we were in town each month. She truly went above and beyond. Not only this, she literally took the dreams in my head and MADE IT HAPPEN. She took the time to understand our vision and through her networking with so many vendors not only in San Antonio, but even bringing talent in from Austin- she brought it all to life. Oh and did I mention she was pregnant and later with a newborn through all of this ?!!? She is a WONDER WOMAN! I found Natalie because she was the wedding planner for my friend's wedding, and so I KNEW firsthand she would do a good job, and she 100% did with ours as well! We are recommending her to anyone we know getting married in San Antonio! She is very organized, highly creative, and overall truly connected with your wedding day. You don't often see wedding planners getting tearful during touching moments! She was truly present, and you can't beat that.
