        Made a Saturday appointment to give RBFCU my business with home refinance and 2 vehicle refinance just so be sat down in front of a blank monitor and a speakerphone appointment that only does vehicle refinance. The manager apologized and blamed the new employees for the miscommunication. What a waste of my Saturday morning if a bank wants your business you would at least think someone would be available to handle bank business, especially if an appointment has been made. Very disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere.

        Have been with RBFCU for several years and never had a problem. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I suspect the negative reviews are from impatient and self involved people.
