        Overheard a phone call my spouse was making trying to figured out something that was going on with their account. The person was extremely rude and i have never wanted to go to a bank to start yelling at someone on how to treat their customers. Who are just asking questions to make sure they understand everything correctly.

        AVOID THIS BANK AVOID THIS BRANCH , they as far as the staff are not up to date with regulations or “credit human” rules . I see why this bank re branded it self to fool the consumer how horrible this bank is . They wing answers there not knowledgeable, not even properly set up I’m currently sitting in a personal banker office she has to borrow a phone to make a call . It’s just really GHETTO here .
