        Not sure what is happening with this branch, but 25 minutes to make a withdrawal with only two people ahead of me is excessive.

        RBFCU refuses to allow members to download their monthly statements if they elect to receive paper copies. This is a rip off to their members. They used to offer free coin counting machines, now they skim 5% off the top of any coins brought in. Way to nickel and dime your customers!
