        The high score is mainly for the staff. Brittany is a delight and I always try to have her as the one servicing me when I come in. Seeing her gives me hope that the business world is becoming more accepting and that more companies are encouraging self expression. I don't know the whole story though. As a gen z, I was taught as a kid that you had to dress up in essential business casual to go to the bank or you wouldn't be taken seriously, but I always feel pretty comfortable coming in here. The people that are at the little greeting kiosk to the right are also always sweet. I don't like that you have to pay for the coin star, but it's obvious that neither do the staff like it and they are empathetic. I don't use many services at this location, so I can't speak on those. What I can say is that the main people you see when you walk in the door are always nice to work with.
