I was looking into getting a auto loan and wanted to speak to someone in person (since I'm shopping around I've been to other banks and will be comparing my experiences). I got to this branch and waited 5 mins to be lead into a room with a monitor and camera. This was the only bank that day that did this but they basically did a video call. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The person that answered did her best with my questions questions but she seemed to be in a rush. If I knew I was going to be speaking to a virtual rep I would have just called and saved myself the trip. I have taken advantage of the free notary service and while their ATM is pretty busy i do like that I can do quick deposits from the comfort of my car.

I used to take my loose change over here and not be charged since I was a member. Now theyre charging?! Im trying to give you this money and youre charging me?! Im probably gunna have to look for a new bank soon. Friendly staff and decent phone service is what made me give a 4 star review.

Never did I think I would walk into a financial institution and be asked if I had change for the busIn the lobby while trying to make a deposit. Made me uncomfortable. The employees Im this institution did not seem to care and I felt as it was normalized here. Especially since the person asking was just seated in front of the teller line. I will never go back to this institution.
