        I've been a member SSFCU since I move to San Antonio 17 years ago and been coming to the RIM SSFCU since it opened in the Rim. I've always been super pleased with the service I've received from setting up Savings and checking accounts to setting up IRAs and CDs. I appreciate everyone being so helpful and if any issues come up that they help ensures is taken care of and fixed.

        Showed up at open and Angelica C helped me right away open a new account and close an old one! She was so nice & extremely helpful! Made everything very easy! Its associates like Angelica that keep me with SSFCU!

        I was super frustrated with Security Service Federal Credit Union because of some mishaps with my information that I, nor anyone working at the SW Military branch I signed up with, was aware about. A month or two later, I visited the branch at the RIM and they made my life so much better! The service was beyond helpful, especially that of Ms. Campa from member services. She figured out what my issues were and found solutions very quickly. I definitely recommend this location and having Ms. Campa help service you. You will NOT be disappointed! THANK YOU SSFCU @ the RIM!
