        I went in to talk to someone about a loan and Felipa was the young lady who helped me and she was incredible. She listened to what I was looking for and was very respectful. The whole process was stress free and such a great experience that I will be going back to see about refinancing my 2 car loans.

        Absolutely, without question, the WORST financial institution I’ve had the displeasure of doing business with. NO customer relations, NO customer service and all branches are closing down. Gee, I wonder why with the awful service.
