Compared to other testing facilities, the testing room here was kinda trash. There aren't any cubicles, I could've leaned over slightly and elbowed my neighbor if I wanted to, there wasn't a white noise maker like I've seen in other testing facilities, plus it was kinda warm and muggy in there. BUT, this review is being given 2 years after I went there, so things could've changed by now.

She is a nice person but her patience is not to to par with more than 4 people at a time. She came to earn me 3 times according to her that I was being uncooperative. I asked her every time what i was doing wrong and she she is," do you want to reschedule? ". No i just want to take my test. Why would I want to postpone my mint making career? Dec 14th, 2023

Our testing center is privately owned which you were made aware of. You also received this information via email to include at time of registration. You were also given the option to test wherever you desired at no adfitional charge even if you decided you had concerns with your testing environment once you arrived at our location. Further, there is nothing trashy about our location as it is clean, safe, and easily accessible. As each candidate checks in, they are offered noise cancellation ear muffs or ear plugs. You opted out of both of these. As you waited in the lobby, although you state you were not pleased with our environment, you still proceeded to sit there, wait to be checked in, go into the testing room, observe it, and still proceeded to test. You also were instructed to raise your hand if you had any concerns which you opted not to do. Temperature inside our facility normally stays at 65 to 70 degrees. A few clients have stated they were cold but never that they were too warm. Our testing is conducted in a comfortable environment which is why we fill up fast. It's odd you never reported this concern to your sponsor, the testing agency that sent you to our center, or during the survey which you had an opportunity to take after your exam. You also had an opportunity to report your concerns to your test administrator when handed your results, which you did not do. Also, there would be no way you would be rubbing elbows with the person sitting next to you as everyone is distanced according to testing guidelines. If you choose to make a negative comment about our center. Please do so with factual information and intent. The idea that you decided to wait 2 years to post a review is questionable however, Google review is a public forum where anybody can post just about anything about a business regardless of if the information is factual or not. We are a disbaled veteran owned center and are thankful that reviews such as these dont determine our client base. As we continue to provide the customer service we are known for, we hope that you seek out testing centers that meet your needs based on the information you are provided beforehand. Sir, you began taking photos of the lobby and when admin asked what you were doing, you stated "just being my silly self." Admin instructed that you not take photos of candidate login sheet. You then proceeded to voice your concerns about how you shouldn't be instructed that talking wasnt allowed unless necessary because you didnt see any signs that stated this. You stated that nobody in the lobby complained about talking so this should have been sufficient enough to continue talking. You then stated nobody in the testing room has complained so far so this was also justification as to why you shouldnt be instructed that talking was not aloud unless necessary. The admin asked multiple times if you wanted to reschedule or have our office create a case regarding your concerns. Each time you declined. You created such a disturbance in the lobby that the candidates in the testing room became distracted. Admin instructed that if you didnt quiet down, you would be asked to leave, a case would be created and you would be notified. You then stated you would record for your safety. As you sat in the lobby waiting for your name to be called, you wrote this review. Once your name was called, admin informed you that a case was created about the incident. You stated: "What did the lady before me say about me?" "What did they say?" After admin stated she did not know what you were talking about, and instructed you that an electronic case was created, you again asked "What did they say?" During check in, you apologized. After admissions process you were instructed to place all belobgings into the locker and to insure your phone was completely powered off. You were instructed to do this twice in addition to signing a form stating that you would turn your phone off. As you placed your belongings in the locker, admin noticed your phone was never powered off. Admin reminded you of the form you signed stating you would turn your phone off. You stated that although you signed the form, you didnt read it. Admin asked you why you signed the form without reading it. You mentioned you were nervous about your exam. Your personal belongings were secured and you were sucessfully admitted to complete your exam. You were asked multiple times if you wanted a case created to voice your concerns. You were asked multiple times if you wanted a case created to have your exam rescheduled which you declined. As you sat in the lobby for your name to be called in order to be admitted to your exam, you wrote this review. What transpired today had nothing to do with admin patience and her ability to have more than four people sitting in the lobby as they await entry to their exam.
