Estelle was such a sweetheart. Our son has autism and is a big boy and very strong she was able to get the lab work drawn quickly and with such care. She would talk to him telling him she would be so quick and she was sorry if he had pain but he was such a strong and good boy I will always call her company for any further labs ever needed. We need more understanding people like her to know how to handle our babies on the spectrum Thank you for being an angel

I needed a special blood draw today and they allowed me to come in without an appointment. Minnie did a great job and went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything done right.

We utilized Soft Touch's mobile lab services this morning. My son is autistic and we've had no success in the past in getting lab work done. Luckily, Soft Touch offers its services by coming to your home and doing the lab work and taking care of submitting it to the labs. Estelle was extremely helpful, gentle, and patient. My son understandably was resistant and tried to fight off getting his blood drawn, but Estelle's approach, especially with him being autistic made it simpler to get the task completed.
I would strongly recommend her services, but even more, if you have a child with a disability such as autism. I'm glad I was able to utilize her expertise for this lab request and will be using her going forward for any of future lab work for my family.
