The Encino Branch, Broadway Bank staff is always a pleasure to deal with. Aways friendly and very efficient! I would just like you let you know that Roxy Huddleston has always represented Broadway Bank in an exemplary fashion. They are holding my mother's accounts hostage. She no longer lives in Texas and verbally, and in writing requested her funds transferred to a different institution. She also explicitly told wealth management to give her information to her legal POA that was in March, its now June and they still won't comply. Why should anyone have to hire a lawyer to have access to their own money. It's safer to put your funds in a mattress at least that way you don't have to pay lawyers fees to access it.
