Worst experience of my life. Only one single employee that works there would "save" this company. I did consider to rate this a 5star before because of that ONE employee that they have, but it is clear to me that the owner has Zero Professionalism!

Our first year using Insogna CPA. They did an outstanding job. They were responsive, understanding, and proactive. Chase and his team have been very supportive, especially at this time, and helped us with our business transitions. They respond quickly and professionally. They assisted us with critical decisions and planning, working on our accounting, tax and payroll needs.. Update 2/28/2023 After several years now, Insogna CPA is consistently providing us with outstanding service for both business and person taxes and accounting.

UNFORTUNATELY, it isnt possible to leave a Negative star review here for this joke of a CPA Firm (as they refer to themselves), or they definitely would have received a -5. After explaining our grievances directly to Chase and advising him that we will be referring this to our lawyer, his reply was as follows: ((( LOL! You do you. We dont engage with negativity. And were under no professional obligation to assist you further.))) Actually, until your work is completed and weve received what weve paid for, allow me to remind you that you ARE professionally obligated. ANY professional would know this! Im not a lawyer so Im not sure if you are legally obligated but professionally, Ill repeat, you WERE DEFINITELY OBLIGATED! WOW!! IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT YOUD EXPECT FROM A CPA, then by all means, give this guy your money. But if youd rather take some advice and avoid wasting your money, this dude is a Dime A Dozen. There are PLENTY OF OTHER CPAs in the Austin area that are truly professional and would love to treat you well! ***10/23/2023 UPDATE*** Your reply shows your true colors for us all to see.
