Got my tax return within a week

Lien Phat is my togo tax every years. Mr.Patrick is very nice and fun to talk and work with. But lately, 3 years in a row, the front desks guy (only 1 male at the front, the rest are females) was rude, not happy with his job. The 1st year (pandemic) he told me send all document thru email and he will take care of my tax, i waited and waited for 2 months, no responds, i contacted the office and he was like : "i'll work on it, next week you can come to office and sign" - ended up filed my tax late. The 2nd year he did my tax wrong. I had to ask him to allow me to see Mr.Patrick (in the back office) to fix it. The 3rd year, I went to office in Feb to complete all my tax. Check my bank in April, didn't see the IRS withdraw the money. I called and he was like : " oh, we forgot to set a date for IRS to withdraw money". So I ended up with a bill from IRS to pay penalties and late fee because he didn't do it right. I hope Patrick pay more attention on this male front desk. My husband was so mad and wanted me to find another taxpreparer but I really like all the ladies work there and Patrick. I don't want to go anywhere else.

Patric and his team are awesome. He helps me with real estate taxes etc.
