        Very disappointed with the manager, Becky. She really doesn't like that her job involves customer service. As long as everything goes perfectly and you don't need help, it might be OK. But if something goes wrong, you WON'T have her on your side. Be prepared to level up and know that it will involve several trips, phone calls, emails and texts to make things right. Save yourself frustration and time and ask for her supervisor's phone # immediately.
