AJ was referred to us by Kevin Jefferson, the People's Lender Mortgage. We are so grateful to both of them for the referral. Both of our husbands passed away, mine last year and we were planning to move somewhere where we can purchase with our retirement income and my mom can't get back to humidity as she move from florida to be with me in San Diego. AJ was so accommodating to our needs, he really found us some beautiful locations. I preferently wanted an older home. My mom overrode with her new build wish, But that's okay, because God found one that it's wonderful for the both of us. We closed on 03/05/2024. And are exstatic today as I return to work and announce my retirement. And we begin packing to move to houston from san diego. AJ made the process so easy it just flowed, things happened with no issues and all within God's time we were able to only take 2 trips to get everything resolved as he was willing to do some video transactions for us. AJ is excellent to work with. This was my first time renting a home and he made the process SO easy. He's very approachable and takes the time to set expectations and answer any questions we have. He also has the clients' best interests in mind. I would highly recommend AJ to anyone looking to move to the area.
