Worked with Vince Mazzarese a few months and it was a waste of time. He didnt even bother submitting my file for underwriting due to indolence. He gets irritated when asked questions and has no patience when it comes to explaining things. His assistant Jessica is the worst. Their communication is subpar, constantly feeling like I am chasing them down for a simple answer or update.I highly recommend Texas Mortgage Associates instead :)

CMG Financial assured us that we qualified for an MCC Credit as first-time homebuyers, with my husband being a veteran. We engaged in multiple communications with CMG to ensure we fulfilled all requirements to qualify. However, following the closing on our home, we did not receive the promised credit or the Certificate that would have facilitated our tax savings.
